MEAT»LINK Management president Marcine Moldenhauer served on the Livestock Traceability Advisory Sub-Committee to the United States Secretary of Agriculture for six years, which is an appointed position.  Moldenhauer was the sole representative for the meat processing and rendering industries.  Recently, MEAT»LINK Management successfully completed a large Beef Traceability project for a division of Ag Canada.
